gutenprint-locales software package provides locale data files for Gutenprint, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gutenprint-locales
gutenprint-locales is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gutenprint-locales package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gutenprint-locales *
You will get with gutenprint-locales package name, version, architecture and description in a table
